What Does a Sound Bath Feel Like?
Lie down on a mat and gently close your eyes.
Spend a little time simply being here, surrounded by gentle live music.
Crystal singing bowls are bowl-shaped instruments made from quartz. Listen to the layers of sound played right in front of you, and to the quiet between them.
There is no need to meditate well or try to feel anything special. If you feel sleepy, you are welcome to drift off. These events are not intended for spiritual practice or healing.
