Lie Down and Listen
Rest on a mat and listen to music played right in front of you. Enjoy the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, and the silence that follows.

Small Groups, Time for Yourself
The studio hosts small-group sound baths, and many guests come on their own.
At Matcha × Sound Bath, for example, live music is followed by a bowl of matcha. There are no introductions, group sharing, or social gatherings.
