Magali Kikaku LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sets out the following policy for handling user information in the iOS app Bowl Base Drone (“the App”).

1. Information Handled by the App

The App generates drone sounds based on the note and pitch selected by the user. It does not use the microphone, record audio, or collect or transmit audio data.

Settings such as note, pitch, and volume are saved on the user’s device. We do not collect these settings or send them to our servers.

The App does not include account registration, advertising, analytics, or tracking. We do not collect personal information through the App’s sound generation or playback functions.

2. Inquiries and External Websites

If you contact us about the App through our website or by email, we use the information included in your inquiry, such as your name, email address, device information, and question, to respond and provide support.

Information handled on our website is governed by the Website Privacy Policy.

3. Changes to This Policy

In-App Purchases and Restoring Purchases

Purchases and restoration of the full version are processed through Apple’s App Store. The App checks whether a purchase has been made and stores that status on the device.
