合同会社マガリ企画（以下「当社」）は、iOSアプリ「Crystal Bowl Tuner」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 本アプリが取り扱う情報
本アプリは、クリスタルボウルの音階とピッチを計測するために、iPhoneのマイクを使用します。

マイクから取得した音声は、利用者の端末内でリアルタイムに処理されます。当社は音声データを録音、保存、収集または外部へ送信しません。

本アプリには、アカウント登録、アクセス解析、広告、トラッキング機能はありません。本アプリの計測機能および試聴機能を通じて、当社が個人情報を収集することはありません。

2. 外部Webサイト
本アプリの「SHOP」から、Crystal Sound Laboratoryが運営する外部Webサイトを開くことができます。

外部Webサイトでの商品閲覧、注文、問い合わせなどに伴う情報の取り扱いには、当該Webサイトのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。ショップで販売する商品は物理的なクリスタルボウルで、発送は日本国内に限ります。

3. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令や本アプリの機能変更などに応じて改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページでお知らせします。

Crystal Bowl Tuner Privacy Policy

Magari Kikaku LLC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sets out this Privacy Policy for the iOS app Crystal Bowl Tuner (“the App”).

1. Information Handled by the App

The App uses the iPhone microphone to measure the note and pitch of a crystal singing bowl.

Microphone audio is processed in real time on the user’s device. We do not record, store, collect, or transmit microphone audio.

The App does not include account registration, analytics, advertising, or tracking. We do not collect personal information through the App’s measurement or preview features.

2. External Website

The SHOP tab can open an external website operated by Crystal Sound Laboratory.

Information provided when browsing products, placing an order, or making an inquiry on the external website is handled under that website’s privacy policy. The store sells physical crystal singing bowls and ships within Japan only.

3. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in laws or App functionality. Important changes will be posted on this page.
